Starting Sunday, May 24 at 6 a.m. until the end of the marathon, numerous roads will be closed for the 2026 Servus Calgary Marathon. Route 101 will be detoured.


Buses are travelling:


  • To Downtown:

    • From west 9 Avenue SE

    • North on 19 Street SE

    • East on Blackfoot Trail SE/17 Avenue SE

    • North on Deerfoot Trail SE

    • Exit west on Memorial Drive

    • Exit on 4 Avenue SE flyover

    • South on 1 Street SE

    • West on 6 Avenue SE, resume regular route

  • To Inglewood:

    • From West on 5 Avenue SE

    • Exit East on Memorial Drive

    • South on Deerfoot Trail SE

    • Exit West on 17 Avenue SE/Blackfoot Trail SE

    • South on 19 Street SE

    • East on 9 Avenue SE, resume regular route

    Starting Monday, February 9 at 9 a.m. through Sunday, November 15 at 9 a.m., 6 Street S.E. @ 9 Avenue S.E. will be closed for 6 Street S.E. underpass construction. Route 101 will be detoured.

    Starting Wednesday, January 7 at 9 a.m. through Friday, June 26 at 5 p.m., northbound 1 Street S.W. will be closed between 6 - 7 Avenue S.W. to accommodate utility work. Routes 6 & 101 will have a stop closure.
